How do I know if my WiFi problem is my router or my provider?
This is one of the most common questions we get. In most cases it's the equipment or setup, not the provider. Old routers, poor placement, and building materials like brick, concrete and insulation are the biggest causes of dead zones. We diagnose this on site so you're not paying for a plan upgrade you don't actually need.
How many devices can your WiFi setup handle?
Depends on the setup, but a properly configured system handles dozens of devices at once. Phones, laptops, smart TVs, cameras, doorbells, gaming consoles all included, without slowing down.
Will this fix dropouts during video calls and streaming?
Yes, Dropouts are usually caused by signal congestion or dead zones, both of which we address as part of the install.
Can you set up WiFi for a business or just homes?
Both. We handle residential and small commercial setups, including guest network separation and EFTPOS/POS reliability for businesses.
How long does an install take?
We can typical complete a WiFi or camera in half a day, combined we can complete in a day
Is there a call out or assessment fee?
We offer a free site visit and consultation, same as our other services.
What's included in a typical WiFi installation?
Site assessment, router/mesh point placement, cabling if needed, network setup and testing, and a walkthrough so you know how to manage your own network afterward.
What's included in a typical camera installation
Four cameras with a four channel video recorder and two terrabytes of hard-drive storage. This is completely customisable depending on property size and what you're trying to protect.
